Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and paid.
  2. For exceptional cases, please get in touch with contact.nishanteservices@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests will be reviewed case by case.

Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

  1. If the product does not unlock after payment (for digital products).
  2. If the product is not received (for physical products).

Under no other circumstances will refunds be processed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect.
